Decent app: wish it don’t rely on WiFi

Good app with good video tutorials for those who need visuals if they’re not familiar with exercises. I enjoy that it comes with a meal plan which has honestly been the hard part to branch out but it’s forced me to expand my palate with food combos I wouldn’t normally think of but in a really useful way. It’s made eating much more intuitive which for me was the major struggle. My only complaint is my gym is inside basically a metal tin can and we do not have access to the WiFi password so I often have to screen shot my workout for the day and complete the entries later or step outside into 0degree weather for a couple minutes to get the app to work. I wish it had an offline option for rural areas with and cell service or places without WiFi!

Misleading subscription

They are misleading in the fact that they allow weekly, monthly subscription sign ups but it’s an actual 8 week commitment and it’s not clearly stated upfront. It’s kinda hidden in there website so be careful when signing up .

Love it 💜

This app is so easy to use. I’ve tried other workout apps and this is my favorite. The nutrition program offers so many options and is easy to follow. The work outs are great and also so easy to follow. Would totally recommend.

So confused on the 3.3 stars?

Great app, super easy to follow program! Awesome results if you actually work the program!

App keeps crashing

App keeps crashing, exercise and foot not what I requested

I would give zero stars if I could. Poor quality, poor customer service and a total waste of money.

Had I known this app was such low quality, I never would have purchased.

There are much higher quality apps out there for a fraction of the cost. This app might as well be a PDF, due to its lack of features. For example, the workout exercises have no description, no cues and no explanation or tips for substitutions if you don’t have that piece of equipment available. Other workout apps I have used (ladder, grounds, alive) gives actual coaching advice like focus on squeezing your glutes and keeping your chin tucked or whatever coaching advice a personal coach would give if they were in person. And they give suggestions for equipment or movement substitutions. But not this one, this app simply has a listed exercise with a number of reps to complete, like something I would find in a women’s health magazine from the early 2000’s. Additionally, I thought I was getting access to all programs but only have access to the BBJ program. There’s no where in the app where I can switch to the other programs.

And the “personalized” nutrition is even worse. The recipes have grammatical errors and the pictures don’t even match the recipe which creates confusion. The shopping list is very unusable because you have to click open each category instead of being able to see all of the list on one page.

I should have know it was a red flag that there wasn’t a trial period offered. Don’t be fooled like me, because the company has no sympathy. I signed on with a Black Friday deal and immediately regretted it. I asked Booty by Jack if I could get a refund or partial refund because their product as not what I was looking for. And they said no.

hello
how can i sign up? cause like normaly it's not working
it ask me straight my gmail and password but without registration?

I have regrats

I would not recommend this app or plan. The workouts and “personalized meal plan” is not worth the money.
Meals are not at all appealing . I would break my diet in a day. The macros vary each day which goes against everything I’ve ever read. Tried inquiring about this program before I signed up and was left on read. I did not imagine my macros would be 117g Protein one day at 170g another day. For most people trying to lose weight/ gain muscle meal prepping is key. Which means having the same macros each day. When I signed up and was given a support email to contact their response was to just pick one day and follow those macros, WHICH DAY?! Workouts provide no description just watch a 5 second video of his wife doing it and good luck. If you want to swap a workout it’ll take 3-5 business days to get a response. You’re better off figuring out your own macros and using Macros + app. Get a trainer who describes the workout and provides instructions.
It has potential but should not be charging
$127/per month .

App and program

Well this app is just great! Truly! Super easy. Very functional. Lays everything out for you easy peasy.

App Doesn’t Work

The app didn’t work after trying several times. There is no way to do a trial run, you can’t cancel except by emailing them. They charged me for 8 weeks with no use of the app (when it didn’t work on their end)!

This app constantly glitches out

.

Amazing!

Cannot recommend this app highly enough so simple and easy to use!
