This app is HORRIBLE
This app sucks! Everytime I try checking my balance through the mobile app, it doesn’t even let me log in. The app loads as if it’s going to open and then completely shuts off! Very inconvenient! Whoever runs this application needs to update it to work! I would not even rate this app 1 star! I just have to in order to leave this review! TERRIBLE

Hate it
Doesn’t save my login information, I have to keep turning on face I.D cause somehow it always turns it off. Everything is so small including the login box and it’s so confusing to understand the transaction list. Not a big fan.
The Worst Bank App
Horrible worst app I’ve ever seen, it’s beyond out dated and so annoying to use. This app single handily makes me want to switch bank and I am.

My app keeps not working. It won’t let me log in. I click on the app and after a few seconds it just closes. Can’t log in or get the log in page.
UPDATE NEEDED
BFCU update this app! It’s ridiculously outdated! Crashes at the most inconvenient times, no Face ID, and it NEVER saves my settings!!

The app is trash, this bank is trash, customer service is trash. I really came in wanting to give a good review but couldn’t lie about it.

I have a headache!
I have a headache just trying to use this app. Yes, it’s convenient to deposit checks on mobile and to transfer money but the app always crashes at the most inconvenient times and a) never saves my settings b) makes it difficult to log in, and c) just doesn’t have that Touch ID option either for a speedy log in. It’s a dated app, that’s for sure.

New Update
Since the new update the app is even worse that what it was before. It’s very hard to read and understand the transactions as it’s all bunched up together. I rather have the older version back!!
Update broke the app
New update made the app worse!!! I have to put a new password almost every other time I login!! Nothing but failed to login errors.

The app shuts off often. I have to try several times before I am able to use it. Other than that is user friendly

This App looks really old, it looks like it hasn’t been updated in 5 years, everything’s kinda confusing. There’s no settings, I can’t put my face id or Touch ID, it NEEDS A NEW UPDATE
