App no longer works
This was brilliant while it worked. Since the last update it crashes as soon as you hit borrow. I hear there’s others especially on iPhone. Please fix with the next update
App Crashing
For the past two days. Every time I have opened the app and have tapped on borrow a cup. The app crashes after a few seconds. I have tried updating and reinstalling the app, neither have worked.
Misleading information
They have a promo at Barangaroo at the moment and don’t tell potential participants that you’ll have to take a cup and pay to participate in the promo, so just a misleading info at the beginning to attract and get installs as they just say that you just need to sign up to participate; but once done that you actually need to pay to participate

Stellar concept, phenomenal execution.
Great work team. Reducing the friction of using reusable cups is the future of sustainability. Great product, great user experience and a massive leap forward in reducing dependence on single use packaging.
