Sporadic ap connection
Half the time won’t connect with the ap. Also improvement in speech clarity is mediocre..
App no longer works p
The Bose hearing aids were decent , but it now that they are no longer supporting this device they’ve gone and disabled the app. Paid close to $700 for this product and can no longer use its features. Standard procedure for end of support typically means no more updates, but the app still functions. That’s not the case here. I will never buy another product from Bose,

Bose has abandoned users!😕
These hearing aids were pretty good. But Bose has discontinued them. And what's really bad it has thrown those of us who purchased from them under the bus. It won’t support us won’t even talk to you about the app. 🙄They just refer you to the company that is using the technology….Lexie. And all that company can do is offered to sell you new hearing aids at somewhat of a discount.

Mixed bag
BE WARE. I recently received a notice that as of the beginning of November they will no longer provide software updates for my hearing aides. My hearing aides are about 3 years old or maybe less. If I have known they would obsolete my aides this quickly I would have shopped elsewhere. They still are working and did not expect this. I am not at all happy with abode at this point. $850 is still a lot of money.

App support being discontinued
The hearing aids were quite expensive and now the app is being discontinued after several years. The hearing aids will lose all features, but volume. I cannot find any support for this situation through Bose.

Please start manufacturing the Hearphonrs again. They’re the best on the shoulder heating aids made. I’ve tried the others and none can compare. Other than that yours were about 3 times more expensive than the best of the others, so is the tenderloin more costly than the Chuck steak!

Terminates a few second after started. Unusable now.

Takes several tries to connect. So much so that I often give up. Once ima. Our moon it actually works. Trash app.

How do I get the latest version of your products and apps like these are not available for it. Bose continues to disappoint with no tracking, no live listening, and now I can’t even you this app.. Apple earbuds is going to be the move. Thumbs down Bose.

Every time I try to download the app for bose it downloads the older app for the first set I have had before I bought the bose and it just pisses me off

Many problems for conect with the app. And the most problem with the sound like saxo make insoportable screchers , some times I need take out

How do I stop these things from screaming in my ears , it's when I'm moving around ( blood pressure perhaps ) when not active there pretty good much better then the 5 k$. Pairs I have, any advice?.

Great improvement to my hearing. Conversation and music much improvement. To bad Bose has chosen to discontinue them.
Better & cheaper than hearing aids!
Allows me to specifically tune into whomever or whatever I want without being overwhelmed by unwanted noise!
Disappointing
I was very excited for these hearing aids, I’ve always thought Bose was top of the line for sound quality. I already had Hearglow hearing aids but there is quite a lot of feedback with them so when I saw that Bose made hearing aids I thought they would be a much better quality. They were almost double the cost but I can’t hear nearly as well with them. The volume doesn’t go very high and although it’s better than wearing no aid at all I still have a lot of difficulty hearing with these in. I bought them quite a while ago but because the Hearglow worked so much better for me I didn’t use them regularly until just a couple of days ago when there was an accident with the others and I had no choice. The Bose hearing aids do have more features, but they’re features that don’t really make a difference to me as far as being able to hear better. Adjusting the treble doesn’t seem to help and although being able to mute them is kind of cool- I’ve never needed to mute them. I’m not writing this review to be a jerk, I genuinely hope the feedback will help make some good improvements if new models are designed. I am disappointed with this purchase and feel like the only thing a higher price tag got me was a name brand. There’s definitely room for improvement and I hope a lot of improvements are made.

Perfect
These are prefect for day outings with the family. So far I don’t have a lot of hearing loss. But it was difficult to hear when we all got together. Bose solved the problem.
