VA issued this junk - does not work, will not sync with phone. Sent them in for repair and month later they send non working pair back??
Problem with the Thrive app
I have had these hearing aids and use Thrive for 4 yrs. Lately when watching movies or listen to music on apps the volume was cut way back so I could hardly hear. I spoke with a tech and we step my step checked the setting. We made some adjustment and it was volume back to normal.
It lasted a few days now my left one squeals if I hold it and I’m hearing the start up tones but Thrive say it is off. So my iphone isn’t getting the sound from it and but the settings for bluetooth acknowledge 2 devices. I’m 80 and this is very upsetting. The location close to me that I always go to is only open Mon and Wed
I don’t drive and have no one to drive me to a different location which means taking a highway and I don’t drive those unless I have no other option.

Mostly does what it should. Generally great for phone calls and audio listening!

Not That Great!
This is probably the worst app in my phone. It frequently has trouble finding my hearing aids. I have to reboot my phone and hearing aids to get it to connect. I usually have to make adjustments by using the iPhone’s settings app. It’s not a great app.
