App apparently no longer supported
I got stuck on not being able to progress after agreeing to the terms of use.
Drops configuration on a regular basis.
Technology would be wonderful if it worked. 40% of the time I need to re-initialize this hook up to the LAN. Its reliability requires my correction often enough to make me angry that I gave too much to learn more than I want to about network engineering. It works just enough for you to believe it could, but not enough that you stop feeling you’re losing your humanity in managing the idea that it should.

Redundant speakers
I had used these speakers to play internet radio and now it’s redundant as cloud facilities removed. Bit of a joke now. Premium speakers with basic services
Bad customer care
So just found out my SoundTouch 20 is no longer supported and basically just a very expensive Bluetooth speaker. Very poor service for a ‘premium’ company like Bose. Will not buy Bose again.

Most annoying experience
I have owned my speaker and app for a long time . It is always an annoying experience to use. The app is constantly updating and never just works the first time. I have been trying to play some music for the last 30 mins, but it is always a process to reconnect the speaker. I realised I don’t even use this speaker much anymore and instead use my kids JBL because it connects instantly and there is no gagging around. So so so disappointed in this product

Updated app is inferior, no longer allows multiple phone connections, often fails to connect
The updated app is far inferior. It no longer allows you to sign in and connect your several devices. Now you can only connect one iPhone at a time, if it connects at all. Most of the time it doesn’t connect. And when it does connect, the signal from the app to the sound system lags a lot. Bring back the old app from earlier in 2026!

Todos los productos de BOSE que usan soundlink son inestables, siempre se desconectan, es un dolor de cabeza. NO LOS RECOMIENDO
Does not work at all
I have tried fruitlessly to connect my Bose but to no avail. Call me frustrated. Please find the bug or reset to older version. This one sucks a big one. Please give me back my original Bose 20 . Thank you. Hard to give it one star!

Ya no se actualiza y si no tienes saldo en tu cuenta (tarjeta de débito) no te permite descargarla, o sea que Ya cuesta $$ actualizarla sino no la puedes usar más?!? Detesto apple, pura robadera de $$$, como si no fuera suficiente con lo que uno paga en equipo y accesorios encima hay que comprar todo de las aplicaciones!!!

Issues to connect it to internet
Always is very complicated to config the Bose and add a new internet red, the app do not continue after follow the steps

Me gustaba porque escuchaba música de todo el mundo. Ya con la nueva actualización solo me sirve como un altavoz. Una lástima excelente sonido y poca utilidad

Cloud ondersteuning volledig weg. Enkel nog de Bluetooth optie waarbij signaal regelmatig wegvalt. Schandalig! Klantenbedrog!

What happened to adding apple Music and Sirius FM?
App ficou muito ruim
Retiraram a possibilidade de programar os botões do aparelho ou conectar serviços de stream. Só consigo conectar via AirPlay.
