Play:5 and Era 100 don't work together!

Very disappointed that the new series of Sonos product cannot work with Sonos 1 controller. - It makes kive snd upgrades very, very costly

Not sustainable

There’s no support for older products that work fine, how hard can it be to implement them in the new OS? I have Sonos products (12) & I’m confined to EBay now & buying older secondhand as the new products work on the new App that doesn’t support older OG products, MAD!If a Nikon lens from the 1940’s can still fit on a Nikon camera made yesterday then, wake up SONOS & do better.

Over it

Over Sonos not working, can’t access music, speakers falling off the wifi, have to reset. Too much work all the time.

Quality

This company has produced a quality product much like German engineering.

Sound system is awesome

It is a blessing to have a sound system with the house like all over the house and Sonos was so easy to install and connect to our phones
