System issues

I downloaded this app and tried to add funds. They kept declining my card and saying I needed to talk to customer service. Then their chat bot told me it was my card’s fault and I should call my bank. I call my bank and going out that the transaction did go through. I ask the chat bot why my balance has not been updated and it said my card was the issue, then suggested I speak to a live agent. The live agent suggested it was my card and then wanted very personal details to verify my card information. When I suggested this sounded like fraud they said the transaction was removed and the money would not be taken out of my account. I then deleted my account. This was such a waste of time.
