Scheduled this ride days in advance. I booked this to go the airport to catch a flight. Gave my self some extra time because of the other negative reviews and am glad I did! They assigned someone to come to me but 5 mins before they were across the city with no signs of moving any closer. Ended up calling at my assigned pick up time and got the dispatcher. Dispatcher told me he would cancel and request another ride for me. 5 mins later the app was still trying to find someone. Ended up using Lyft so I would get to the airport in time. No accountability with these guys. Why even have an app? Don’t waste your time!

Waste of time...
This app is a good idea in theory. However, I ordered a taxi to take me to the airport at 7 am. When the time came, there was no taxi at my apartment. I checked out the app and that taxi was waiting at the airport. The driver must have figured it out though because 20 minutes later I got a call saying that my taxi was ready. Checked the app, sure enough the driver was at my apartment. Thank goodness for uber, coming in hot when this company couldn't pull it together.

Couldve been better
Scheduled rides ahead of time, and the rides came on time, however the cab number is always way off of what the app tells me it will be. Then, when we noticed that our cab number was behind another, we asked them if they were truly our cab, and they said they were going somewhere completely different, and that instead we had the cab in front of them.

Needs Navigation Tweaks
I just started using this app. Right now I find that when I want to see the status of a current reservation I first need to go to History and then Status. Fair enough, though it would make much more sense for the app to know that o am waiting for a cab and to not have me first go to History. Otherwise so far so good.

Application Now Runs on iOS 9
App is now running on iOS 9. This is the best way I have found to reserve a cab in Boston.
Never successfully got a cab
I've tried to use the app a number of times. I've generally cancelled because it's quicker to hail a cab or just call uber. If this app was as good as uber I'd probably still use it.
Great experience so far
I've used this app twice now to book a ride to Logan airport. Both times the app worked flawlessly. Since I booked more than 12 hours in advance, it wasn't until just a few minutes before the scheduled time that a driver got assigned. So unlike the ride share apps I couldn't tell the driver's arrival time. Both times the drivers arrived on or before time!
The app also estimates the fare for you if both pickup and destination are entered. There is an option to enter a credit card into the app for a cashless ride. Or you can pay in the cab.

Worked great!
I made the reservation the night before for the next morning for 9:30 am. It updated me about 10 minutes before and showed me what cab I was assigned to, who my rider was, and showed where the cab was. Right at 9:30 am the cab showed up, was very polite, and got me to my destination in time. It was impressive and I'll definitely use again. Would recommend!

Boston Cab did not allow entry of starting point
I tried to reserve a cab to take me from a Boston site to a nearby town. I could not enter a starting point, only a destination point. Consequently, it couldn’t do the job. Totallly useless. The step by step guide did not give any help on this.

I ordered a cab about an hour before I needed it. I thought this was a nice feature of the app- except it doesn't work.
I received a confirmation number for a pickup. I waited outside for the driver from 10 minutes before until 15 minutes after the pickup time came and went.
I then called and was told that a cab would be there within 45 minutes.
I then cancelled the call and called Uber. An Uber driver picked me up in 2 minutes.
Time to buy stock in Uber and sell any in Boston Cab.

This app is useless. I ordered a cab to the airport 3 hours in advance. Luckily called them to make sure they were coming when they told me they were busy and didn't know when a cab would be available. Ordered an uber which came in 5 minutes like I should have done in the first place.
Don't expect them to show
I've used this app 3 times now, once in February which I scheduled two hrs before hand and the cab never showed. Ok so I decided to give them another shot since it was 9 months later. Scheduled 2 hrs ahead and the guy was 5 minutes early. Perfect! So I thought the crap got worked out. I scheduled another pickup 1 1/2-2 hrs ahead of time and when I look on the map to see where the cab is that's supposed to pick me up in 2 minutes is and he's clear across the city close to Fenway area, I live in Southie. Seriously people? What's the point of even having the app. I can walk 2 blocks to west Broadway and get a cab there from different companies. I was almost late to work because of this and I definitely won't be using you again

App is so broken...
I have used this app one time too many. It is straight out of 2007 made for blackberry... The interface is ugly, live tracking barely functioning, and call button completely broken. I missed the your cab is here call and when I left at the scheduled time, the cab had left already! No follow up call or anything... Just stick with Uber or even Hailo

The GPS won't locate me. I try to type in an address but it doesn't search.

Don't bother - tried the app and for 20 minutes it told me it was waiting for the driver to be assigned. I tried calling and the line cut out three times. Cancelled the cab order, walked down the street and was able to hail a cab from the same cab company. What's the point of the app if a cab doesn't show up when it's supposed to?

You might as well cross your fingers and hope a cab magically appears
Utter waste of time. Randomly changes the pickup location of your booking, and even when it gets it right, the cab rarely shows up. Worthless.
