Says no locations available for delivery
Yet I live 5.4 km, or 9 minutes from the nearest location as per Google Maps, which is always generous with time. Do your stores just not deliver anymore? Relying on third party services? Pretty dumb
App won’t open on iPhone
The app keeps crashing when opening on iPhone. I tried reinstalling app and restarting phone, same issue. Seems common with a lot of most recent reviews … obviously an issue that hasn’t been sorted out yet on BP’s end

App not working
Suddenly the BP app has stopped working for me. Soon as I click it to open, it immediately crashes back to the Home Screen. I’ve re-installed it, even tried updating and it didn’t work. I just went to update it again and the Update button does nothing. Can someone help?

This app has been broken for almost an entire year now. The UI is terrible, the maps don’t work, you cannot select for delivery, nor will it even let you pay if you manage to get through. Says it was updated 5 days ago??? Obviously not
Won’t accept payment
No matter what card I enter or how I enter it both app and website say there’s a problem. The money is there, cards are not expired or close, two different banks, and previously they would both work in a physical reader. But now since the switch to use skip for delivery that isn’t an option anymore. And skip doesn’t have the same customization so I can’t just use that either.

Terribly in need of updating
The app is extremely laggy. It takes about 10 seconds for it to go to the next screen after each tap. Also, when editing an order, it reverts your selections. Overall, extremely dissatisfied.

about 4 months ago after an app update i have been unable to open the app at all to order. it opens for about 3 seconds on a black screen then closes. tried reinstalling nothing works.
App mapping system doesn’t work
The community I live in has existed for over 30 years and the BP’s in the same community has been there for who knows how long. Over 20 years. The app has been used before for delivery. This update says there is no location near me and won’t let me order.

I want to order dominos for delivery since I don’t drive and buses and transit take long hours to arrive I was thinking maybe delivery options ? I look at it only for pick up only it’s be nice if they added delivery options as well
