Советую не связываться с этим производителем и не тратить просто так свои деньги! Камера или приложение постоянно теряет связь, и проблема точно не связана с интернетом. Прошивка стоит самая последняя, приложение обновлено и все равно постоянные проблемы с подключением. От поддержки толку нет.

Broken mount on my camera
I went to the chat on the Botslab and let them know I broke mount on my camera they had me send them pictures and told me they would send me a new one right away they were quick easy to talk to and it was a great experience I would recommend their customer service for these camera cameras

Connects dash camera well and could access dash camera videos easily without having the need to remove the sd card

My Botslab dash cam had a minor issue. I contacted Botslab support and Kelly did an excellent job and took care of the problem. 5 stars!
App is garbage
The camera runs great, but the app connectivity is garbage. The WiFi is constantly disconnecting from it self or taking forever to connect which makes my CarPlay reconnect to my phone and it’s a whole back and forth where I can’t access any of my videos. The camera is hardwired to my car too so it’s not like I can turn it off to try and get the videos to not collide with the CarPlay, so trash. Hopefully I won’t have to use this in a rush situation like an accident happening and the cops requesting to see the dashcam video on scene…

Although prices are quoted in USD, UK users may find that the charges come through in GBP. Support on this from Botslab has been poor.
Камера постоянно теряет связь
Пользоваться стало невозможно. Камера постоянно теряет связь. Настраиваю ее каждый раз, она работает несколько минут и опять сеть пропадает. Зачем тогда эта камера если я не могу в любое время зайти и посмотреть что происходит дома.

Kamera ist sehr gut , jedoch gab es Probleme mit der Speicherkarte. Die wurde aber gratis erneuert
Satisfied with recent feedback.
Due to my vehicle being totaled I had to remove the cameras. I needed to replace the 3M stickers that held them on and after contacting Support I was told that they would send them to me free of charge, Yay! I’m looking forward to being able to secure my new vehicle.
Spammy and can’t use
No longer can use my doorbell. Spammy and app is loaded with pop ups and says can’t be used in US after working for months.

Удаленно подключаюсь и идет вечное подключение, при том, что дома стоит камера Xiaomi и она работает нормально, а эта шляпа не работает

As a new customer to Botslab, you can always tell a good company by the service that it provides when a customer has questions. Botslab does a superb job 24 / 7 and I find the product to be excellent.
Tech support
The tech support team is really great they helped me with my technical issues with my devices. One was a gift that was so old I had to buy and new one. Then the new one started to glitch out and with their help I was sent a new device. So glad they were there to help me through it all. Will purchase more devices from them in the future for sure.
