Mr T

A bit stable now but switching between cams when alerts come through is very messy, sometimes the app just closes by itself.
There’s been so much improvement unlike when I started using this app. However I still prefer this pro to normal Ubox

FAQ

What does this app do?

This app functions as a client for car surveillance devices. It allows you to remotely view your vehicle's surroundings live and automatically records footage when the vehicle is impacted, vibrated, or approached while parked. It also records driving events to help clarify liability in traffic accidents.

How does the parking surveillance work?

When your vehicle is parked, the device enters a power-saving mode but maintains a 4G connection. The app can wake it up for live viewing from anywhere. If the device detects an impact, vibration, or approach, it automatically starts recording to a TF card and uploads to the cloud, sending a notification to your mobile app.

What are the cloud storage subscription options?

The app offers various cloud storage subscription plans with different durations (30-day and 7-day recurring) and device counts. These plans range from monthly to annual subscriptions, with prices varying based on the subscription length and the number of devices covered.

How is video footage stored?

The system generally uses loop recording, where older files are overwritten when the memory card is full to ensure continuous operation. However, video footage triggered by vibration or impact is marked and will not be overwritten, preserving crucial evidence.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you need to go to your iPhone Settings, then tap on iTunes & App Store. Select your Apple ID, tap 'View Apple ID', and then navigate to 'Subscriptions' to find and unsubscribe from the service.
