With the new app update the white light does not come on anymore at night been trying to figure it out with the help support team but they don’t have a clue they are now asking for my Amazon order information and I have given them the model number I think that should have been enough. I really think that they don’t know what the problem is????

Disappointed
The app works without any bugs. I give it a three star because non-admins cannot view the livestream. This is extremely disappointing as we were expecting it to work for the family.
Impossible to share
I have been using Vico Nature for over one year. I wanted to share my wonderful experience with someone else. Sounds easy but next to impossible. Very disappointed
