They once charged rupees 1000 for a ride. Despite me uploading the photo and complying with their procedure
They also rejected a refund of Rupees 100 for petroleum bill I had gotten filled.
Pretty bad at resolving issues. Very hard to get a decent running vehicle.
Don't ever fill petrol for these vehicles as they'll reject any bill you upload

Parking by your customers
I see your scooter is parked in front of our house gate preventing our car coming out for our use. It is time to tell your customers that there will be a legal compensation to be paid by them . We will start suing you and in turn u May have to tell your customers to be careful.
No response from customer support
Been waiting for response from customer support since 4 days. Hope to receive a call from them at least now.

Don’t fill petrol in scooters. I didn’t get any refund and got very bad response from them.
Good idea but weak customer support
I have used their rides a few times and got their bikes fueled upon the promise of full refund. All I got was 25 rupees and only once. I can’t contact or write to the customer care because, they disabled the send button.

No support at all
There is no support at all for any issues customer is facing. I have done refueling during one of the ride and submitted the bill. But till now there is response at all. And from yesterday I’m keep getting internal locking error and stopping me to proceed for any booking.
