Overworked drivers and unreliable service
Booked a local 12 hrs trip for 4 am the day before and starting at 1 am of driveu rotating through more than 12 drivers and me calling 3 or 4 of them, not one driver confirmed the trip and I ended up cancelling the trip. This is a serious issue, udrive can't find a reliable driver in time and you are left by yourself to figure out your trip last minute. One driver told me he hasn't slept in 2 days and cannot take the trip. Drivers are your assets, only if you take care of them will they care about driveru.

Pathetic app
Using this app has been an incredibly frustrating experience characterized by a complete lack of reliability and professional standards. The most glaring issue is the severe shortage of available drivers, which leads to a staggering 90% cancellation rate on my booking attempts. It is nearly impossible to depend on this service for timely transportation when the platform consistently fails to secure a ride. Furthermore, the company’s billing practices are highly unprofessional, often involving unexpected or inconsistent charges that lack transparency. To make matters worse, the customer service department is the worst I have encountered, offering no meaningful assistance when issues arise. Instead of resolving disputes or addressing the frequent cancellations, the support team remains dismissive and unhelpful. This combination of poor infrastructure and bad management makes the app feel like a waste of time and money. I have found it impossible to trust a service that cannot provide its core offering while simultaneously mishandling financial transactions. You are much better off using a competitor that values its customers and maintains a functional fleet of drivers. Save yourself the headache and avoid downloading this app until they undergo a complete operational overhaul.
