Worst service
I booked a driver through your app yesterday night for today’s trip. However, the driver cancelled the booking just 30 minutes before the scheduled trip, leaving me with no time to make an alternative arrangement.
When I contacted the driver, he clearly stated that he had already cancelled the trip yesterday. If that is true, why was I not informed immediately, and why did your system continue to show the booking as confirmed until the last 30 minutes?
Your customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. I made multiple attempts to contact customer care, but the call was disconnected/hung up despite my repeated attempts. I could even hear background noise, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
On top of this, I am receiving messages saying that your team tried to reach me and that I was unavailable. This is completely misleading and does not reflect what actually happened.
This is a serious failure in your booking and customer support process. I expect an immediate explanation for the cancellation, clarification on why I was not informed earlier, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Please treat this as a formal complaint and escalate it to the concerned team.

Unsupportive RMs and low quality drivers
I’ve followed up with the RM for 3 weeks and he has been unable to give drivers on trial. The 3 who did show up were unavailable to join, didn’t know roads or were unpresentable (even within the luxury driver segment which costs more).
The app UI is quite poor as well and just looks ugly. This is probably a symptom of a system which doesn’t care about details and is only interested in getting your buy in.

Driver Standards
Rahul was a polite & courteous driver. He seemed quite confident but seemed to lose that confidence during the return trip at night.
All your drivers (and sadly most others too) lack basic driving techniques and adherence to proper rules. Nobody gives turn signals at the correct time / distance, they want to drive with headlights on high beam & cause inconvenience to the driver in front, they have scant respect for lane driving and other driving courtesies.
Tat d definitely needs to provide some sensible training to their drivers.
