I had a driver pick me up twice today from 2 different locations amazing customer service manners were great helped will shopping it’s so nice to sit in a nice taxi which is clean and tidy
Awful app
Can’t edit or addresses . Crashes when trying to prebook a cab . Deleted and reinstalled - still Useless.
What a joke
Prebooked a taxi for 7:15pm (2 hours) before, no taxi arrived and app said not despatched, called them they said just because you prebooked doesn’t mean it will arrive when you want it!!! Rude woman on phone said my taxi had been despatched when app said it hadn’t, so obviously app is broken, cancelled booking and went with Skyline, taxi arrived in under 5 minutes, you lost my business I will stick with Skyline, woman on phone needs some serious customer service training.

Very poor!
20 mins late, £2.50 more than it was supposed to be, plus a 50p charge for paying by credit card. Won’t be using again!
