Just don’t show up
Got a taxi booked first taxi turns up 15 minutes early drives away before I get off my train. Second driver turns up and say he does not fancy the journey and drives off ! No use having a number and an app and then no service. The. To top it just stop answering calls or messages ! Get another cab or get an Uber.

Pre-booking waste of time
You can book a taxi 12 hours in advance and it still won’t show. You are literally better off paying twice as much for an uber
Hopeless service
No point in booking a time as they turn up late - extremely unreliable!
Prebooking doesn’t work
Prebook 24hrs ahead and it doesn’t matter. They can still not turn up or turn up late.
Stole my money
I tried this company on the aspect of a discount for £2 off. Nothing much I know but it made me want to try the company. The driver was relatively nice however we both were confused over the fact he works for skyline not Starline.we checked the data everything matched from his lisence plate and name to my name and destination. I was not awarded the £2 off and my card (though checked multiple times and was correct) was rejected forcing me to find change which I have very little of but luckily just enough. I won’t be using this company again. Great as well just got a message from my bank saying the card was accepted so I have been charged double. Don’t ever ever ever use this service I’m now having great deals of trouble getting the money back into my account. Not even deserving of the 1 star would of rated none if that was an option.
