Poor app
App cannot find my location correctly, app blocks my ability to pay by card. App randomly changes my location, app looses bookings ( i booked something yesterday booking wasnt there today). I tried to contact support but told its not the app. Im sorry news for you but it is. If you want custom, fix the app!!!

Rating has dropped due to lack of timings
I am sorry about this but I feel I had No choice but to write another negative review. Bounds have become totally unreliable Im afraid. I booked my taxi for 08:05am this morning, last night.
However, at 08:07am my taxi had NOT arrived so I gave them a call only to be fobbed off and told by the operator “Oh yes we have booked your driver for another job at your collection time so he will be fifteen minutes late.”

Why do Bound’s book the taxi drivers to go and do other jobs when they know they have customer pre bookings?!
Customers who pre book should come first. It’s principal.
I will look at AMBER CARS or CROSS COUNTRY CARS tomorrow

Much better design and ease of access
Good App
Works well and is easy to use. The former problem with paying by card seems to have been resolved.
JUST DON’T BOTHER
Absolutely the worst taxi service ever. Always late, cars are not clean (very very smelly), drivers not safe, prices higher than other much more professional companies.
