Took me the long way as they do

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Downloaded the app and pre-booked a Taxi. Payment for the journey was taken for the journey straight away. However, the company then cancelled the job shortly before they were due to collect me, having already taken payment for the journey in advance. Cannot obtain a refund. I was also left stranded.

This taxi man Ali deserves everything in life as he as been through so much and life has dealt him some of the worst cards possible but he still manages to keep the most beautiful smile on his face whilst bringing his daughter up at the same time on his own may he be blessed with nothing but good fortune glad I got to meet him rip to his amazing wife she would be proud of him he’s a true legend!
