I feel profiled. No remorse no accountability for sending a taxi by 9:am when I booked by 6:am! My kids were absolutely late to school. Terrible! Left me frustrated and crying.

Prices on the app are not accurate, booked a taxi to then be called up hours later to be told the price would be 3 times the amount stated on the app.
