I feel profiled. No remorse no accountability for sending a taxi by 9:am when I booked by 6:am! My kids were absolutely late to school. Terrible! Left me frustrated and crying.

Prices on the app are not accurate, booked a taxi to then be called up hours later to be told the price would be 3 times the amount stated on the app.

It is an application that does not serve you well and when you call them on the phone they rush you to end the call because they are lazy and do not even respect the call
