I had an extremely disappointing experience with Peterborough Cars and would not recommend their service.
• I was overcharged £35 because they counted infants as full passengers, which goes against official transport guidance. This charge was never made clear at the time of booking.
• The driver threatened to leave me and my family stranded at the airport, which was shocking and completely unprofessional.
• They also added a waiting time charge, but there is no clear policy available on when it starts or how it’s calculated.

Useless
The app doesn’t even let me sign up. When I put my number in it says it’s sent me a text message with a code but nothing ever gets sent to me.
Excellent service
Very friendly driver and helpful getting me into the car. I am visually impaired and use a white cane. His assistance was greatly appreciated

Cheap taxi but always late 10-15 min even if you use preorder service
