Can’t even get in

Every time I try to open the app, it asks me to register. When I register, it tells me to contact “my admin” with no further info. The “more info” button takes me to a page in french that appears unrelated. So I can’t even access it.

Unusable

I tried to use this app earlier in the year but was told it wasn’t ready or whatever. Now I can’t log in bc my email isn’t right when I’ve used every email. If I try to make a new account I can’t bc it’s connected to my phone number. I could reset my password except it doesn’t let u and only gives u a temporary password THAT IS TEXTED TO U WHEN I NEED TO KNOW THR EMAIL ADDRESS BC U MAKE ME PUT ONE IN!!!! Literally the worst app I’ve ever used. If every other app/website sends a code via email why don’t u follow along when it works perfectly. Trash. Dumpster fire. Hot vomit on asphalt in July.

Rarely get a bus

9/10 times the busses are full. If the app delivered on its promises then it’d be great, but as of now i hardly ever get a bus and just get told to try again later. Not to mention it only allows me to order busses after 7:45 pm even though the app service hours are much different.

Seriously

When I have been able to use the app, I get whisked away on a 2 hour journey home when it normally would take 40mins. But that is only if I am able to get a seat on the app. The app does not really allow for students at the university to use it as the drivers never really want to come up here unless absolutely necessary, which is totally understandable. However, it sucks for students because we then can’t take our normal roots home as they have been cut down to accommodate this service. Just kinda sucks.

buses in ptbo were bad enough

tbh this app is unnecessary and doesn’t take people on east bank into consideration. literally stopped my bus for what?
I don’t think people in charge of this app realize how many students have night classes and are on the east side ps: been waiting here for 70 mins.
