irate customer
Had my ride set up fora couple of days before for after work @10:10 .15min before they text me saying sorry but this is the busiest time we will need to cancel ur ride - next time is 11:30. I had no way home but to walk an hr from one end of town in the freezing cold to the other with feet/ knee issues and being a woman. Thanks Y Ride Y stands for YOU SUCK!!!

Bad ETA
Drivers are great but if the ETA says 5-8 mins prepare for a 20-30 min wait. Every single time.
Disgusting customer service
I rely on this ride service to get to and from work and have spent hundreds of dollars in rides. I often work in the morning when ETAs are high. They have an option to book your ride in advance, but if you do that your fair goes up by multiple dollars. This morning I was waiting to be paired with a driver, and received an automated message that it would take longer than normal to find a driver and that they MAYBE will match me within 20-30 minutes. I proceeded to wait to be paired with a driver, and after 15 minutes they sent me another message saying my ride was cancelled and that I need to rebook again (which in theory would start me at the end of the queue). The nail in the coffin was that I was then told by their customer service that I “never responded if I wanted to wait 20-30 minutes” and that’s why they cancelled me. The message is worded and sent as if it’s auto-generated, and said NOTHING about having to reply to stay in the queue. Ultimately I had to call a cab as I couldn’t afford to wait any longer, because like I said, I rely on this service to get to work. And by then, I would have been late. Terrible service, don’t recommend to anyone unless you have nothing better to do but wait around, or if you’re willing to spend what you earn in an hour to book in advance.

We use YDrive for my son to and from work.Not one single issue except for last night due to the weather.App glitched and cancelled his ride and was unpleasant,but, it was addressed right away and refunded,so to me that made it right as rain.Weather conditions are not anyone’s fault.Will continue using this company.🤜🤛

App is unreliable
First couple of weeks I had it installed, it worked fine. After that it would open to a mostly blank screen. The map was there, but the bottom half of the screen where you enter the details was blank. Customer service was uninterested in helping.
