Horrible experience
I booked a ride on 4th of march 2025 at 10:05pm from stop behind walmart. I usually sit inside Walmart until my ride is arrived. Today was the same when i got notification that my ride is arrived i rushed to the bus stop it barely took me 3-4mins to reach the stop.
But when i arrived there there was no transit. So i checked the Gp My Ride app to check the status of my ride and i was shocked to find that they took another person in my place. Then i immediately booked another ride and called the transit Office and told her about my situation she didn’t replied well and said she can’t understand what i am talking about. And now i am waiting for my another ride outside in this cold weather.
Very Bad experience to be honest.

The app is poorly done
So aside from the fact the app says I have an account but claims I need an account when logging in and the forget password confirms I don’t have an account. I would imagine the coders missed some key bits in there, because it doesn’t work. That’s aside from the fact that the bus scedules were changed to avoid the area with the most work, wise choice to have people have to walk to their places of work on the narrowest busiest roads in GP. Even in the winter time where roads are not sanded or gravelled you have to cross a busy road and chance slipping on the ice on a 1.5 wide roadway lane and get run over by a welding truck. Use the increasingly high property taxes to line your bank accounts and buy some ginkgo boloba to help improve your concentration to really think about why/how you screwed up public transport completely. 1 star.

Late buses, finally!
oh, on demand & doesn't serve the South. incredible. Worst bus service in Canada; per capita.
