Poor app
App cannot find my location correctly, app blocks my ability to pay by card. App randomly changes my location, app looses bookings ( i booked something yesterday booking wasnt there today). I tried to contact support but told its not the app. Im sorry news for you but it is. If you want custom, fix the app!!!

Rating has dropped due to lack of timings
I am sorry about this but I feel I had No choice but to write another negative review. Bounds have become totally unreliable Im afraid. I booked my taxi for 08:05am this morning, last night.
However, at 08:07am my taxi had NOT arrived so I gave them a call only to be fobbed off and told by the operator “Oh yes we have booked your driver for another job at your collection time so he will be fifteen minutes late.”

Why do Bound’s book the taxi drivers to go and do other jobs when they know they have customer pre bookings?!
Customers who pre book should come first. It’s principal.
I will look at AMBER CARS or CROSS COUNTRY CARS tomorrow

Much better design and ease of access
Good App
Works well and is easy to use. The former problem with paying by card seems to have been resolved.
JUST DON’T BOTHER
Absolutely the worst taxi service ever. Always late, cars are not clean (very very smelly), drivers not safe, prices higher than other much more professional companies.
Useless
Crashes every time I try to make a booking. Only way is to call and use their automated phoneline. Not worth the space on your iPhone.
App never works!
This app never works, try and place a booking and it just force closes every single time.
Can’t update payment card or connect to a human
When payment card expires you can add a card but not remove the old one. Then when making a booking it will not select the new card.
Use the call function and it hangs up automatically when trying to call a person. I guess they didn’t want my business.

App Crashes
Always crashes when you press book! Tried 7 times and eventually two taxis arrived.
Unreliable
It’s ok when it works, but useless more often than not. Outward journey was ok, the app knew my location and I was able to set the destination. Nice clean car arrived in 5 mins, driver was nice and friendly, and he took the correct route, so all was good. Coming back was a failure. App couldn’t find my location even though gps knew exactly where I was, tried 3 times with no luck. Walked a short way to the Central library to try again, and map was at least 50 metres wrong. I set the correct location manually, then the app just shut down. Tried it a couple more times but it just kept crashing. In the end we took a black cab, won’t be using Bounds again!

Diabolical
We booked a minibus and they were over half an hour late and then sent us 2 five seater Toyota Prius and the drivers didn’t seem to care and drove off when we said that these were the wrong car types. After calling the firm, they said they had no seven seaters which opposed the information we were given when booking. If you want a reliable service look else where as Bounds are unable to provide this expectation when booking a taxi.

Old app was MUCH better
This newer app that we have been forced to use is plagued with user experience issues and regularly has card payment issues. Please enable the older app again.
Rubbish crashes
App constantly crashes unable to book, not confirmation given of exactly what paid have to check bank statement. Called office to ask for help with app but wasn’t interested. Lost customer I’ll stick to cross town.
Really bad
Got this taxi that picked me today. My card declined and I shown the driver where it was that I lived and I asked him to come back and collect the money in cash. Bearing in mind I had my 1 year old with me along side with all the other abuse I got of this driver called me a slag & nearly ran over my foot we phoned bounds and they basically condoned his behaviour because I didn’t pay. I never refused to pay I asked him numerous times to come back later so I can go and get the money! Please be careful using bounds people not understanding atall

Misleading journey price quote via text
Booked journey, got text quote and Air-Pay link to take card or Apple Pay payment for journey, driver wanted cash and turned out to be over double the quote using a meter to price the ride, felt mugged!
First time using app 👍
Had no issues booking two cabs on the first time of using the app and paid on my card.
DONT DOWNLOAD
Ever since I put my card in the app, they charged me £1.01 for no reason even when I deleted the app. I never booked nor called for a taxi on the day it was charged when I saw it on my bank statements.
Paid more than I had to.
I checked the T&C and their app information, it does not state anywhere that the confirmed payment on the app is just an estimate. The taxi driver charged me way more and said it is not his problem but the company. Really disappointed because I used to use Bounds a lot but I won’t be anymore.
Card payments!
Randomly fails to pay by card, banks tell me there is nothing wrong with my cards! Be prepared to have to pay by cash!
Card Issue
I booked a ride and set to pay by card, but when I looked in the app, for some reason it had changed it to pay by cash and I don't know why.
