Crashes every time
Crashes immediately you try to open it. Waste of time.

App should just be removed from the store at this point. If you're looking to track your package in the app and have an iPhone, the fields to enter the tracking number and last name can't be edited/have info input into them.

The app just stays on the picture of the lady in blue. Useless and/or app has not been updated for years.

It doesnt even open and crashes right away. Wont even let you do anything. This app needs a lot of updates. Dont waste your time downloading this app.

I just downloaded it for the first time. When I click on it, it launches but as soon as the welcome page appears, it crashes. This app needs to be updated. It would have been a very useful app for me and people I know.

A USELESS App
This app should be updated bcoz it WON'T give you a tracking update of your cargo.Better use any browser (I use the Safari browser and with a snap of a finger,it shows my tracking update)
Interface concern
Update the text field of your interface. Can’t click properly to type.
Nothing
Download it and then when u tap them nothing happen all I see is the front image logo about forex and that’s about it. Will be trying to re-install again see what happen. Needs update FOREX!

This app is useless. It’s easier just to open chrome - yes, because it doesn’t let you log in in safari - and check your box. It used to open up but all it does now is crash. Never gets past the initial screen. They need to update it or take it off of the App Store already.

Can’t use the app, when I open it, shows the home screen very quickly then crashes. Last year was the last update, prob not compatible with latest iOS
Needs major work
Excellent company to send your balikbayan boxes to the Philippines compared to LBC, but the app is useless. I tried tracking my boxes and was given a message that they didn’t exist. I got worried and went online to check again, it was already in Philippine customs waiting for clearance. This app is useless if you wanna track your boxes.

Terrible app
I placed a request for pickup using this app and they did not contact me until a week later and right after my box was picked up. Terrible! I like forex cargo, just not this app.

I used this company since I got here to US and send a couple Boxes a year... Our Box Arrived in Leyte in Visayas Area was Perfect Condition coz I take Pictures the boxes Before Sending Box and After Recieved the Box... Thank you as Always
