Worse app. It tells me date not on receipt when clearly visible or wrong date/year!
Tried 8;times closeup. Update on July 2026. Will be dropping app. Scan my City Market receipts and it tell no purchase date over several tries. Not worth the aggravation

Can’t update - old phone not supported
The app is useless now since the only thing I can do is follow a link to the App Store, but I can’t download the updated app since it requires iOS 17. My phone is too old and unable to update to iOS 17. Sad to see box tops go…
Developer response was simply another link to update my iOS, which is still not possible on my iPhone 8.

Earn money for the school of your choice by scanning your receipts. It doesn’t cost you anything but a little time.
Difficult to work with
Well waht started it all was when they "streamlined" and removed a cess ro things fron their website. Claims its "easier" to do tasks and get materials on the phone. That alone made me want to walk away from them.
You have to vilagent, they miss purchases left and right. So be careful, its more work than you think and they dont make it any easier

Very easy to use!
This app is very easy and fast to use. It is not complicated at all. I wish more people would use it.

Can’t Sign Up
It let’s me get through all the steps and at the end I get a message saying “You’re almost there. Please review the following to create your Box Tops account” however, there’s nothing for me to review??? I uninstalled and downloaded again trying a different email but it’s still not working.

This fundraising project is so easy! The schools really need to promote it with parents and grandparents! Individually, it doesn’t look like much money, but as a larger group, we can make a big difference! It takes a very small amount of time to upload your store receipts🥰

Unable to access box top
I am unable to access after the app asked me to update the new app. I have an older phone therefore the new app will not work.
Always misses items
Almost Everytime I scan a receipt, it aways missing 2 or 3 items. It’s frustrating to have to enter the missing item and then go find it to scan the barcode.

It’s a great way to support your local school. It may not seem like much but overtime it does add up. And let’s be honest the schools need as much help as they can get. I wish more people would participate.

I have an iPhone X and the most recent update available to me is the 16.7. This app requires 17.0. How am I supposed to be coordinator if I can’t even access the app?!
