Two orders two headaches
Placed two orders with this app, both times one item marked for “express delivery “ were never shipped with the rest of the order with zero communication from the company I had to reach out to them. Got a refund for the first missing item and was told it was out of stock when they had it listed as in stock for a week after! Assuming the same thing for the second order will occur. Steer clear as it’s a crapshoot if you’ll actually get your full order, they have poor communication and an inability to keep an accurate inventory of what is and is not out of stock.

Do not use!
I ordered once, but I only received a small part of my order. I have contacted boxed multiple times via email and through their portal on the app with no response. They do not have a customer service phone number.

I have contacted boxed multiple times via email and through their portal on the app with no response. I received some of my items, but half of my order has not shipped nor been refund refunded
Worked smoothly for me
I placed my order (missing the same day window) having express items and received all my items within the 8am-12pm time slot the next day. I will be trying them again.
