Incredibly slow to load and refresh
This app is required by my employer. It takes forever to load and then even longer to refresh. I’m sure my employer pays a ton of money for a subscription (or whatever) and I would certainly expect a better product if I were paying. I would never use this of I didn’t have to.

Takes forever to load emails if they load at all.

On the 6th July I downloaded this app and needed help. I sent email. NO REPLY!! As I measure customer service by the way business is conducted, I have simply deleted this app. So if you want great impeccable non existent customer service, then download this app.

Crashes 1 sec after open
Version 26.03 worked for about a day. Now it crashes 1 second after opening. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, but after a day of mail it just fails. Quite the annoying bug!

Great Overall, Small Issues
Overall works great. A few small things like issues copying and pasting doesn’t work. Also security sometimes stops clicking on links or phone numbers to call not work.
Good app
Needs a little flexibility like copying email to attach it in an other email inside the app, adjust tables like adding columns/rows.
Not comparable with iphone 17
Updates need to happen or this app is useless.
Issues on badge
I am using the app but there is an issue with the badge. Even if I read all the emails the counter of the badge sign 1 not red. Please fix it. Thanks
Great Software - Request Custom Sounds
It is great software but the one huge issue I have using this app for a calendar is it does not appear to allow longer-playing sounds for appointment reminders. I have missed so many meetings because the sound is too short. Please add longer reminder and email sounds. They are too short. Edit 2/8/2020: Still does not include longer sounds for calendar alerts. Edit 7/3/2020: Still does not include longer sounds for calendar alerts. I like this app it’s good but the problem is it only syncs up to 1 month of emails only.

I have separated from the job associated with this email but the app keeps trying to download to my phone despite having deleted it. I don’t know how to get it to stop. Please just go away.
App is incredibly buggy
The app doesn’t open. Crashes every time. I am still getting notifications of emails, but am unable to open the app. To trouble shoot, I have tried to delete and downloaded direct from the App Store. That did not work and now I don’t get emails at all since I can’t link my account to the redownloaded app.
I searched the help section of their website and it seems to be an endless problem. The most concerning part is some of the responses being “this version of iOS is bad, update to the newer version”. And while I know my phone is on the most recent version, that is a horrible response to repeating problem for the customer base.
I, like many others, have no choice but to use this for managing my work phones access to emails. But after what I have seen on their help desk page, I will be investigating other options for company devices. I don’t have much confidence in a product that finger points their software issues to other platforms.

Changed phones, can’t configure now
Worked fine as a free email client when it was VMWare Boxer. Still worked as Omnissa Boxer, but today I got a new(er) iPhone XR and transferred settings in the standard iPhone way. Almost every other app still works but Boxer doesn’t. Tried to set up automatically using same credentials that work on my other 3 devices and worked on my previous iPhone, but it says Google sees this app as malicious so it’s blocked, no bypass. Manual setup goes nowhere either. No help online without a paid account. I spent my life as an HP certified hardware tech but I do know a thing or two about configuring accounts after hardware upgrades! I’ll try again after next app update, hoping new owners didn’t flush the original developer team.

Good app
Came across this accidentally and it is a good app. Wanted to have both work email and calendar in one app (and yet separate from my other private email app). Does all I need (although missing being able to snooze) and has a clean and clear layout.
