They're getting worse!
The Apps always disconnect and could not load my account details, always need to use the web version instead, useless! And the customer service is getting worse, giving simple and yet repetitive model answer that would not help any of your situation, very inconsiderate!

Great idea ruined by the people that run it.
Read the terms and conditions thoroughly. Additional fees littered everywhere. The worse part was the people that run this operations were unprofessional. Be prepared to deal with unpleasant conversations should anything go off script, including negotiating pick up time, customer service interactions, etc.
