We have the best building in Bethesda. The staff are great, the building is taken care of, and the residents are all kind and respectful.

Some of the fill in wk t let you see what you’ve written. Conference room should not allow all day schedule by one person…and should be for residents ordeals to scheduling another area if in use all day. thx just a suggestion

In this day and age, I can’t believe that I can’t login using faceid. The login process is painfully bad.

Quick and easy
The Bozzuto app is very well designed and simple to navigate. I love that you can add a photo to show exactly you need repaired when talking to maintenance. I highly recommend using it rather than calling the front desk.

Had to switch to this app for our new management company, the “OTP” has too many pop up screens, it completely erased all previous documents and just isn’t great overall

App is decent nothing special, but it could just be the crew at steelworks in Atlanta, 1220 mecaslin st nw atl ga. There awful and don’t come to fix anything unless I go to the front but there saying it’s not in app even tho I am seeing it when I go to check. So could just be them.
