App is decent nothing special, but it could just be the crew at steelworks in Atlanta, 1220 mecaslin st nw atl ga. There awful and don’t come to fix anything unless I go to the front but there saying it’s not in app even tho I am seeing it when I go to check. So could just be them.

UI is not the most aesthetic. Would be nice to be able to edit maintenance tickets after submitting. Could be nice to have users submit community events on the calendar.

The app is automatically signed me up with someone else’s account. I cannot use the features because of this conflict

One time password is stuck and asks for a new code at every log in. The payment systems does not work either.

But the website is where you renew the lease. The community announcements are three years stale. Otherwise it does a lot good things that matter but it needs a rehab
Terrible login experience
Every single time you login, it shows the exact same notification as if it’s your first time seeing it telling you that their new login system is better than ever, and that passwords are gone and that you only need one time passcodes or signing in with Google or whatever. The one time passcode worked fine, but signing in with Google is overly cumbersome, and most importantly, the app logs you out every single time you use it. It’s infuriating. And as soon as you login, you get the exact same useless announcement / welcome message that you can’t dismiss permanently. It will always keep reappearing every single time you reopen the app.
Otherwise, navigation is just a bit clunky, and the community bullet feature is pretty lacking.

I was surprised how easy the app was to navigate and how detailed the items were.
Can’t even log in
I have an active account, I can successfully log in via email through the Bozzuto website, but whenever I try to log into the app it says there is no active account associated with my email.
Too many dropdown menu items.
Give us a little more flexibility
Same hassle like we do from browser to pay rent . App doesnt help
