Expensive vs Tesla
The charging is expensive almost like don’t wanna switch to electric

Worst ever charging experience by a long, long distance.
The headline on the app listing says "Get energy effortlessly..."
Here's my experience. Effortless? I'll let you be the judge of that?
Get energy? Absolutely not. All its done is drain my energy and my bank account.
Charger doesn't accept contactless.
Took ages to set up my account.
No support for Apple Pay.
Had to use my own charging cable.
Then BP took a hold of £60 - yes £60 - of my money. Who knows how long until they release that hold...
Then it failed to start charging. Retried several times without success.
Oh and I'd already paid £4.50 to park my car...
Absolute disgrace.
Let's see what BP's profits look like this year in return for providing this service...
I'll go do my shopping and then drive to the Tesla charging station a couple of miles away. 1 tap, £20 hold, and a whole lot cheaper per kWh.

Apple wallet
Why can’t i add the bp puld card to apple wallet? Costa, tesco, nandos, banks etc all do it can’t bebthat hard save us from carrying in wallet please

Existing Phone number and email address won’t work together. Says I have an account with existing email already. Won’t give me the option to login to account with existing email. Stuffing around attempting. Try to add credit card to new account. Credit card won’t add to account with unclear issue. Stupid app…I just want to charge my car

Impossible to login
It is impossible to log into this app.
Once the credentials are entered, it accepts them but takes you back to the login page.
Raised the issue with support a few days ago and a ticket was raised but have heard nothing further.
