App will close out every time I try to view my benefits. Essentially useless.

No list of places in network
Tells little of services, basically useless and forces you to call , and be put on hold

App keeps crashing
Every time I attempt to view benefit details, the app crashes and closes out. I have had this app for over a year and this has been a persistent issue. Everything else works fine, however what’s the use of I cannot view my benefit details.

App crashes when clicking coverage details, please fix!
Not impressed
I just downloaded the app and registered my information. When I selected Plan Details it closes the app. It keeps doing it no matter what. Not impressed with this app. I’ll be deleting it.
