Banko mobile app
The BPI banko services is good but their app s*cks! Having a system downtime without prior notice, you have to call their cx support pa. Then I tried several attempts to log in, palaging may error. The biometrics is not supported.
The UI is simple but still requires some improvements.
The overall experience is positive; the interface is straightforward and user-friendly. However, the icons appear pixelated (Devs and QAs should address this). Additionally, there is no option to hide or display the balance, nor to hide the blur app when running in the background. Introducing these features could enhance security.

The UI and UX is terrible
I can’t even copy my account number or hide my balance, there’s no button for it. There’s a keyboard for searching banks but it doesn’t work. UI looks terrible.
Log-in Issues
I just opened an Account this afternoon and apparently I couldn’t log in tonight. I have an important transaction to make and I’m so frustrated right now. Improve your service!

Was interested and now getting disappointed
Just created account this morning and was planning to start depositing. Upon opening the app, i could not get in. No error notification and no display upon clicking login button. I dont even know whats happening. This makes me think twice investing in this platform bec the app is poorly built and qa’d. I even wanted to help by submitting an issue but it does not have a feedback mechanism where i can submit an issue.

Best Loan and Savings App
BPI subsidiary so you know it’s safe and secure. I love TODO savings where you can earn 5% for up to 1M deposit. Current app is quite clunky but products are really gooood!
“Recent Transaction” is very confusing
sent wrong money in multiple accounts due to confusing UI in the recent transaction.. Atleast prioritize the favorate contacts instead of the recent ones.
many bugs
FaceID does not work, always getting an error. had to always key in may user and password which is very tiresome from a user’s persective.
app is also quite laggy and experience is not as smooth as the main bpi app.
after adding a profile picture, it disappears after logout and login. hope additional improvements to come soon (will modify my rating after)

Needs improvement
I hope this app improves like the BPI mobile app. The products were great but this app always crashes. Please do something to improve your mobile app.
Recent update won’t let me login
When I try to login, it won’t let me. The reCaptcha does not even fit my screen and I can’t continue with resetting my password.
User Interface
It is a great app indeed but I hope they can improve the UI for much better app experience. It falls behind in clean design, ease of navigation and smoothness and responsiveness compared to other modern digibanks

Who made this? This app UI and UE design is kinda terrible that it feels sketchy to use. Youre pushing people off from creating accounts on your bank because whoever you outsourced this app to is doing a terrible job at it.

BanKo App app innovation
I love the BanKo app and it’s interest rate of 5% p.a. Hopefully the app gets a new renovation with the new UI and UX design.
Verification Process Lacks Accessibility
Verification takes too long, and I was eventually asked to visit a BanKo branch to complete it. There are no branches near my location, which makes the process very inconvenient.

BanKo has a high interest and no charges/fees on Bank transfer.
I like the app
It meets my needs as am able to see my balances and transaction history. Very happy with the 5% savings interest rate!
Looks good
App looks good but needs to improve more including the services offered. App should be user friendly and more easy to navigate especially for senior citizen customers and customers who are not techy.
Honest review
Need some improvement on the onboarding of new clients. Easy to navigate and i love the fact that they offer free send money to other bank and e-wallet. The interest of 5% is very catchy too.
