Unable to LOGIN!!
What happen again BPI BANKO App? Why there is always a problem with your MOBILE BANKo App!! Again it’s down!! Was it only me who has this issue?????????????

The BPI banko services is good but their app s*cks! Having a system downtime without prior notice, you have to call their cx support pa. Then I tried several attempts to log in, palaging may error. The biometrics is not supported.
The UI is simple but still requires some improvements.
The overall experience is positive; the interface is straightforward and user-friendly. However, the icons appear pixelated (Devs and QAs should address this). Additionally, there is no option to hide or display the balance, nor to hide the blur app when running in the background. Introducing these features could enhance security.

The UI and UX is terrible
I can’t even copy my account number or hide my balance, there’s no button for it. There’s a keyboard for searching banks but it doesn’t work. UI looks terrible.
Log-in Issues
I just opened an Account this afternoon and apparently I couldn’t log in tonight. I have an important transaction to make and I’m so frustrated right now. Improve your service!
