App is impractical-too many red-tape process. Even getting inside the app is a major feat.

App crashes whenever i log-in. Now I cant authorize transactions

BPI developers kindly be informed that your app is not loading fast enough, and it’s also hanging pls fix the issue.
very bad! Basic info are not shown when you send not even the account number
-‼️First when you Open the app, you cannot even see the balance, you have to click accounts to view it. It's not user friendly.
-‼️When you send, the basic details are not shown. You cannot even screenshot after sending because no details of the person you sent to.
-‼️There is Enrolled and Unenrolled but you cannot even enroll an account 😩
-‼️you cannot transact after 8pm. What is the use of this online app if its not 24hrs?

Crashing even before I can login
None of BPI’s app works on iOS. This old app crashes 9 times out of 10 even when you try to login. How can one do business if none of your apps work.
