very bad! Basic info are not shown when you send not even the account number
-‼️First when you Open the app, you cannot even see the balance, you have to click accounts to view it. It's not user friendly.

Crashing even before I can login
None of BPI’s app works on iOS. This old app crashes 9 times out of 10 even when you try to login. How can one do business if none of your apps work.
App quitting when registering mobile
I approve actions online but upon submitting, I get a message that the MFA can only be done via the app.
I have tried registering my mobile countless times but every time I input the mobile reg code, the app quits.
I’ve done everything from deleting and redownloading the app but it’s still the same. It’s catch-22. Useless app!

Hassle for OPC
They don’t have a super user access for OPCs. If you’re an OPC you’ll have to maintain 4 different login credentials which you have to open and access every time you want to transact.
Bad Business Banking App
Among all the business banking apps. BPI Bizlink is the hardest to get into. Also, approvers cannot approve at night. It wants you to do it during hours of 6am to 8:30pm. So if you’re a business owner that checks your business and approves past 8:30pm, then you're going to find BPI Bizlink useless.

I used the gsave from the gcash app the customer service is very unhelpful and unreliable, this is the worst bank ever , im not gonna use this bank in my life ever again.

Can't even login your account! Keeps on failing and failing on logging in. Palagi n lang error and pls try again later. Hindi ko n makita yung old app sa app store
