Better Doctor Visits

My daughter has been struggling to control my blood pressure and diabetes because I wasn’t providing him daily readings and just using the memory of my blood pressure machine. This app is motivate me to start checking my blood sugar more my blood pressure because it’s so easy to use. My doctor loves it because now instead of giving him 3 to 5 pages of readings with. He has all the calculations he needs with the average high and lows of my blood pressure and blood sugar. Also love the education section because I’ve learned so much about preventing stroke,, hypertension, and Diabetes control. I love the fact that it has an nutrition section. I’m looking forward to the education updates in the future. It’s also good that I can print off the medication List with all the different categories. I also love the fact that the app will give me the generic and so I only have to remember one, but when the doctor starts saying the other name, I will look at my list and know what it is. He doesn’t like me saying blue pill. Lol!!

Love This App!!!

For years, I’ve had problems maintaining a controlling my blood pressure with different doctors and none of them have told me to monitor my blood pressure at home. I recently been done with pre-diabetes and this is exactly what I need especially at diminish my medication’s always for the name and dose of my medication’s. I am able to print the medication list and remember our medication’s that I failed or had side effects with. It’s especially helpful. I can send all this information to my doctor right from the app.

savvy

The APP is user friendly. The two profile option is useful. I can track both mine and my husband’s values.

More Like a Personal Health Log Than Just a Tracker

What I like about this app is that it doesn’t feel limited to one specific purpose. A lot of apps focus on just blood pressure or just glucose, but this one feels more like a central place to keep everything organized.

The biggest value for me is how it turns scattered health info into something structured. Instead of jumping between different apps or notes, everything sits in one timeline that’s actually easy to review later. That makes a difference when you’re trying to spot patterns or explain things during appointments.

The reporting feature is also well thought out. Being able to generate something clean and shareable without extra steps makes it feel a lot more practical than most health apps I’ve used.

Overall, this feels less like a “logging app” and more like a tool that helps you stay aware of what’s going on with your health over time, which is really the point.
