Great Experience So Far !
First two days using the app and zero complaints so far! I had a few small questions about the redemption process, but tech support was great and helped clear everything up quickly. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience and can definitely see myself using this app a lot!
Not bad at all
Before downloading this app, I was skeptical due to reviews. I did the deposit match and completed the 3X rollover and was able to successfully withdraw, the funds were in my account in less than an hour. I’m not sure why people are complaining. They probably didn’t read the fine print, anyways this is a decent sports pick app, I would download it if you’re conflicted due to reviews.

Worst app
My experience with Bracco has been absolutely terrible. The biggest issue is the withdrawal process and the so-called “turnover” requirements. I deposited my own money, played legitimately, and when I tried to withdraw, I was basically told I couldn’t access my money because of additional requirements.
The whole process feels unnecessarily complicated and extremely frustrating. What makes it worse is the turnaround time and customer support. Instead of getting a clear answer about when my withdrawal will actually be processed, I’m getting the runaround and no straightforward resolution.
A sportsbook should not make customers feel like they have to fight to get access to their own balance. If the rules and turnover requirements are going to affect withdrawals, they should be crystal clear BEFORE someone deposits and plays, not something that becomes an obstacle afterward.
At this point, Bracco has completely destroyed my confidence in the platform. I would not recommend depositing money here until they fix their withdrawal process, improve customer support, and make their turnover requirements completely transparent.

Unable to verify
Trying to withdraw is quite literally impossible. The verification page doesn't load on the app and you have to bug support enough before they let you do a manual verification via email. I submitted front and back of id, selfie with id, and bank statements but after 2 days of waiting they say my verification failed because my id was blurry. This is definitely not the case as everything could be read from the picture. This normally wouldn't be an issue if support did not take forever to respond so now I have to wait a couple more days after submitting another clear picture of my id.

I downloaded Bracco last week and I have loved it so far. They have great rewards and they also let you deposit in crypto which is super helpful.
