Great Experience So Far !
First two days using the app and zero complaints so far! I had a few small questions about the redemption process, but tech support was great and helped clear everything up quickly. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience and can definitely see myself using this app a lot!
Not bad at all
Before downloading this app, I was skeptical due to reviews. I did the deposit match and completed the 3X rollover and was able to successfully withdraw, the funds were in my account in less than an hour. I’m not sure why people are complaining. They probably didn’t read the fine print, anyways this is a decent sports pick app, I would download it if you’re conflicted due to reviews.

Worst app
My experience with Bracco has been absolutely terrible. The biggest issue is the withdrawal process and the so-called “turnover” requirements. I deposited my own money, played legitimately, and when I tried to withdraw, I was basically told I couldn’t access my money because of additional requirements.
The whole process feels unnecessarily complicated and extremely frustrating. What makes it worse is the turnaround time and customer support. Instead of getting a clear answer about when my withdrawal will actually be processed, I’m getting the runaround and no straightforward resolution.
A sportsbook should not make customers feel like they have to fight to get access to their own balance. If the rules and turnover requirements are going to affect withdrawals, they should be crystal clear BEFORE someone deposits and plays, not something that becomes an obstacle afterward.
At this point, Bracco has completely destroyed my confidence in the platform. I would not recommend depositing money here until they fix their withdrawal process, improve customer support, and make their turnover requirements completely transparent.

Unable to verify
Trying to withdraw is quite literally impossible. The verification page doesn't load on the app and you have to bug support enough before they let you do a manual verification via email. I submitted front and back of id, selfie with id, and bank statements but after 2 days of waiting they say my verification failed because my id was blurry. This is definitely not the case as everything could be read from the picture. This normally wouldn't be an issue if support did not take forever to respond so now I have to wait a couple more days after submitting another clear picture of my id.

Great App
I downloaded Bracco last week and I have loved it so far. They have great rewards and they also let you deposit in crypto which is super helpful.
Cannot Purchase/Very Slow Live Chat
I signed up for Bracco and couple days ago. It would not load the “buy coins” screen on the app or the website. I went to the live chat for assistance, the time in between responses is very slow, and they eventually just tell you someone will email you with updates while they “look in to it.” The app still doesn’t allow me to purchase. The website finally allowed me to make a purchase one time, then went back to not loading again. Very unimpressed.

Easiest and favorite sport betting app

Slow
It’s legit but it’s very slow and hard to understand the app at first. Very hard to get yourself verified and redeem your earnings, still waiting on mine….. but yeah we’ll see how much longer
“Turnover”
Wouldn’t recommend this for sports betting. They offer a bonus bet which is amazing on the surface until win and then go to cash out and find out that there is a $100 “turnover” I must use my winnings and profit $100 before I can cash out the money I had already won with my OWN deposit.

I still have not received two of the bet and get offers that this app has promoted as well as the $50 referral they advertise. This site also has some of the shadiest terms and services and legal section I have ever read of any website in my entire life. Go and read their section 16, as well as the first section of their terms, absolute insanity

While I will say the app isn't perfect by any means I did the 100 deposit offer and turned it into 1900 after play through which wasn't accurate I would bet 50 and it would count for half but nonetheless I withdraw this morning and just was paid out in the afternoon so it's not a scam just needs work

Unable to Withdraw
I have an issue across phone & pc where I am unable to withdraw because the identity verification session won’t load. Support has been slow and basically useless. They verified my ID via email, confirmed my account should be fixed now, and I still cannot withdraw. There has been no urgency to fix this and it may be a tactic used against winning players. Avoid this book at all costs!

I created an account and deposited they didn’t give me a deposit match so I tried refreshing and they said I never created an account. They just took my 100$!
