I’m pretty sure nobody is actively managing this app anymore. You don’t get any response from support. There are no drawing winners announced every month although you still “earn tickets” for the drawing. Now I can’t even use the app because it’s giving me a server error. So, I’m forced to cancel my subscription.
That said, it is (or was) a very good app. My rating is based on its current status. At its peak, it was easily 5 stars.

Way Too Much
$12.99/month is just WAY too much for this app. It’s ridiculous, to be frank. I had to cancel due to this reason.

Habe es entgegen der schlechten neueren Bewertungen heruntergeladen und Testabo gemacht. Ich muss sagen, ich bin begeistert! Habe das Abo beibehalten. Was sind 10€/Monat, wenn du dafür eine Sucht besiegst, die dich Jahrzehnte quälen könnte?
Und ja, die Übersetzungen aus dem Englischen sind teilweise etwas holprig, aber völlig im Rahmen.
Ich habe ein PM15 mit iOS 17 und es läuft einwandfrei.
Deutsche müssen halt immer meckern.

Very Poor Customer Service!!!
I switched to a new phone, logged back into my account, and my streak of 450+ days was set back to zero! Very frustrating!!! And I have yet to hear back from customer service, about possibly fixing the issue. Actually, I’ve never heard back from their customer service, as I’d reached out to them about another concern a couple of months ago.

Fake free trial
I tried to use the free trial, but it got instantly cancelled… i was not able to even delete my data … so i had just to unistall the app and there is no way to delete data …
Paid for premium but didn’t get premiuem
Made the purchase, it then asked me to create an account which i did, and I still get prompts to upgrade. I’ve emailed them and no response or way to restore the purchase as other apps have it

Glitchy
Been using this app for a few months now and it keeps glitching saving I haven’t done my check ups. I did a check up yesterday and went in it today and said I hadn’t done it for 3 days. Jumped from 5 days to 8 days. Because of this I have deleted the app and will try another one
Pretty Good
Only reasons 2 stars are missing is because I’m locked out of lessons and my library. You’d think after I payed that I would get the lessons and library unlocked. Mind you this isn’t my first time with this app, I made a new account so this feature is actually very annoying & unhelpful.

It is really comforting to see that there are sites like this dedicated to help people like me with my addiction. Porn use has become a social norm in today’s society and I feel like addition to porn is something that is not talked about enough.
The app never worked
The app didn’t move beyond the initial screen for charging a subscription. The loading object kept revolving and did nothing beyond that. And then after I gave at least 5 tries to let it load, I gave up. Little did I know that the subscription has been activated and the app still didn’t work. I only got to know about the app subscription 10 days after it was charged on the account. Astonishing.

Trying to take my money?
You guys are really making money using people’s addiction. Why not keep a part of the app free instead of forcing the user to pay with no previous warning? So sad with this app

App unusable on iOS 15.8.7. After launch, it stays on a blue screen for ~20 seconds, then turns black and nothing happens.
Issue was reported (incl. screen recording and steps), but no meaningful response from the developer.
If iOS 15 is no longer supported, this should be clearly stated. In its current state, the app cannot be used.

Helpful and useful
Awful functionality
It’s >$10 per month for an app that takes over 5 seconds to react to your touch. This level of dysfunction is insane. I can’t believe they have the gall to charge for this mess.
