After installing, none of the features work. It gives constant errors. I have tried to use it every day for days now and it fails every time. I don’t know who is really “reviewing” this but there is no way anyone is getting this to work. It is a dead app.

Useless!
I tried to transcribe three YouTube links, even a short one. All three returned "failed to generate". Simply stated, app does not work for intended purpose. I tested with a simple spoken sentence; after several minutes (!) it returned the transcription. Apple does this for free!

Charged for “$0.00” IAP
I found this app on AppsGoneFree and so when I opened the app I found the AGF Offer banner which took me to the Lifetime Free offering. I confirmed the free purchase and it was successful, and yet these 3 things occurred: I received a notification that I had been charged $1.06, the Offer screen now said the offer was expired at the top but still had the big shiny “$0.00” button below it, and the app does not recognize me as a pro user and instead keeps showing me pricing options.

As a user, I have the right to withdraw from your service and demand complete deletion of my data. I expect the following to be addressed without delay:
1. Immediate deletion of my account and all personal information associated with it.
2. Written confirmation that my data has been deleted.
3. An explanation for the failure of the app’s basic functions and the inoperable delete feature.
If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I will escalate this matter by reporting your app to Apple App Store, relevant consumer protection agencies, and, if necessary, data privacy authorities.
