Cannot sign in after last update
The latest update broke my ability to sign into the app. After entering my company email address and tapping on Submit, nothing happens!
Freezes on load screen 13pro
When I download the app it immediately works, but then subsequent attempts to open the app leave it frozen on load screen. However I still receive push notifications in background. This bug occurs for me both on Iphone 11pro and 13pro. Subsequent attempts to remove and reinstall app elicit same result.

The app has lots if features, supporting a big product. Submitting video challenges is relatively easy.
I can watch presentations on airplane!
I can finally watch presentations on an airplane (whenever I start flying again). The download presentation and course feature will relieve so much headache from streaming content on a poor network connection. Just tap to download ahead of time and I’m on my way to a productive flight!
Offline viewing is available!
I can now view training offline! Easy to use. Easy to find my content. Allows me to take a course offline, complete it and then when I reconnect, have all my work get uploaded! It’s a savior right now with a family of 7 getting online at the same time. No delays for me!!!

Great Navigation
Very easy to navigate the courses and coaching activities that I need to take when I am on the road. Particularly like that I can take them when I’m offline!
Remote Friendly
I am not traveling these days but I still like to move around and this app makes it so easy for me to get my training done and review marketing messaging on my phone no matter where I am. And beyond that I don’t need connectivity either and still get credit for my work. Love it

The code is so long and when I try
to copy it, it won’t let me copy the whole thing. Then I manually entered it in 5 times and it said error. It took me two days to get it to work. I listen to my class during my commute, so I lost two hours of class time
that I’ll have to make up on the weekend. It also doesn’t update to your newest class. I wish once you had an account, you didn’t have to go through the whole process again. Lastly, why do you have to go through so many play buttons to get to the last place you left off? Can’t it just stay as if it was paused like a TV and you just hit play once? I find this app to be very annoying, but unfortunately I have no other choice.

Unable to sign in
Downloaded app: prompted for email - but prompt doesn’t bring up keyboard on my iPhone. Cannot “get started”! Verb frustrating as I want to use for work!
Catalog disappeared..
Catalog of all the videos disappeared after the update. And there is no option to logout and login or to refresh the video catalog.
Needs more orientation choices
It’s weird that while videos can be viewed in landscape on my iPad (which is optimal), the rest of the app only has a portrait orientation (which is sub-optimal). Also frustrating that there are no options to increase playback speed. With good pitch shifting, etc. this has been a solved problem for ages. It wouldn’t be a good fit for all videos maybe, but a very useful option when watching a video with a slow, hesitant presenter.
