App perpetually loads
No matter what I do no matter how many times I reset this app it just perpetually loads and doesn’t ever show me community drives or my insurance cards or anything like that.
Red Notification Dot
The red notification dot is ALWAYS on. I’ve logged out - I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled - nothing eliminates the red dot even though there is NO notification.

Discount Program a Joke
To save on their Community Drive program (where you feed them your location data continually) they require a score of at least 40/100.
My driving was 20/25 stars. How math works is that’s 80%. 80/100.
But they just weight it down arbitrarily below 40 to not give any discounts.

Getting Back to Apps
I use this app for everything I need insurance for. Recently, I had to pull my policy papers for something and when I accessed my homeowners policy from aws in “Policy” icon, the screen would not go back to the previous menu and would just get stuck there. I literally had to turn off my cellphone to fix it. There’s no go back menu or “Done” button afterwards or anything. They should fix this.

Branch App
The insurance is great so far! The app…no so much. I signs me out like every other day and does not register my drives for my community drive discount. How am I supposed to earn a discount for my next renewal id you app keeps signing me out and doesn’t track it?!

Just got my renters with Branch and the app is hot garbage. For whatever reason it won’t even show me payment schedule, only the next payment. Can’t make a change nor a correction .. nothing. The only thing I can do is accidentally pay in full with the tap of a finger.
Update??
Is there some kinda “update” that was done to the app? I can’t see my policy under the policy tab anymore. It’s just a blank white page… Please fix ASAP.

It was so easy to buy home, auto, and umbrella insurance from Branch online—I didn’t have to talk to anyone, and I got all my id cards and documents immediately! And the app is fantastic—I’ve already saved even money by doing the quick inventory process and asking friends to vouch for me.
