Not a reliable app
I had a very bitter experience using this app. When they commit they will deliver by a date i assume they will have an internal promise and a buffer in order to not miss the promise they make. Unfortunately they couldn’t deliver with in stipulated time which means it couldn’t serve the purpose of making someone else’s day special

Yes it’s fraud company I have booked Nirmal Soni’s video msg. For 30 sec and I get 13 sec video and it’s not my msg. After that no one can pickup your call, customer care agent sonu call me ans he pretent “jo todna ho to Tod Lena” They abuse me
