App sucks
Do NOT use the app. The map locations are not accurate. Typed in Toronto Pearson International Airport gave me an rate and booked it. When we got in the taxi the driver said sorry that’s wrong the rate is double because the map had Toronto airport in Hamilton.
Poor service
Poor service... have been using brant taxi for 6 years when I need a cab, waited over an hour for a taxi, used the app to book a cab 40 minutes in advance and no show, called to book one since it still wasn’t showing I had been assigned a cab for when I booked it, took me 5 tries to get someone to answer, I get that you guys are busy but at least let customers know you guys are busy so it’ll be a bit of a wait instead of them having to wait around and be late for work or appointments

Use Uber!!! Brant Taxi = brutal service
5 visibly available cars who wouldn’t accept my request. Finally after 15 min, “vehicle 1” got assigned to me and was supposedly 9 minutes away. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes, it hadn’t moved...
I cancelled and booked an Uber.. it was at my door in 6 minutes.
I typically like to support local businesses but when their service is this bad, it’s not worth it.

Horrible app
Brutal app says the request for a cab was in waited 30mins called and they said they never received it the request.

Got a new iPhone and app is not supported there is no new updates app
Great app but not working right.
Love the app but it doesn’t seem to be working keeps saying l need to upgrade and l have tried everything. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Update app?
It says to update the app the version I have is no longer available, than forces shutdown. My app was updated 3 days ago. Says nothing about there being a new update. 🤯
Waste of time.
This app is constantly laggy, and with the latest update is completely nonfunctional. Tells user to update the app claiming it’s no longer supported, then force closes the app.
