Smells bad…
I was sent money more than a week ago. It right away showed up in my bravo account but never went to my bank! There’s no one to talk to! They have no customer support whatsoever! Just hope they didn’t just rob me… beware!
Not receiving bank deposit
The app is very useful and the goal to the help the cashless has been achieved nicely.
However, I received a tip and some payments last week from customers of mine and till now it never got deposited to my bank. I opened a ticket with support bravo and no one got back to me about the payments.
I was forced to change my bank on the app and still nothing. It’s like a rip off to me. I can’t provide proof of pics on this review here. Sep 20th 2022

Love this app. Allows you the ability to pay or tip, easy, convenient and user friendly! What more can you ask for.
Great customer service
I use the app as a paperless way to pay for things but recently I had an issue with a vendor. I contacted support and they worked as a great mediator between us, even when the issue wasn’t resolved with the vendo Bravo took care of it on their end. Overall excellent app even if just for customer service alone.
