Smells bad…
I was sent money more than a week ago. It right away showed up in my bravo account but never went to my bank! There’s no one to talk to! They have no customer support whatsoever! Just hope they didn’t just rob me… beware!
Not receiving bank deposit
The app is very useful and the goal to the help the cashless has been achieved nicely.
However, I received a tip and some payments last week from customers of mine and till now it never got deposited to my bank. I opened a ticket with support bravo and no one got back to me about the payments.
I was forced to change my bank on the app and still nothing. It’s like a rip off to me. I can’t provide proof of pics on this review here. Sep 20th 2022

Love this app. Allows you the ability to pay or tip, easy, convenient and user friendly! What more can you ask for.
Great customer service
I use the app as a paperless way to pay for things but recently I had an issue with a vendor. I contacted support and they worked as a great mediator between us, even when the issue wasn’t resolved with the vendo Bravo took care of it on their end. Overall excellent app even if just for customer service alone.

Constant crashes
Haven’t been able to open the app since upgrading to iOS 14. Crashes immediately every time. I’ve closed out the app, restarted the phone, etc. No luck.

It’s Broken!
Just downloaded it and tried to sign in with FB and get an immediate error with sign-in that i cant even decode. Fix it and I might be back.

I can’t seem to find a phone number to contact these people and I’ve been messaging or emailing them for the entire weekend and haven’t gotten any help only and email telling me someone would look at my email content within 24hours and I haven’t gotten any kind of help and it’s 52 hours! If anyone has a phone Number it would be great if I could

Garbage
The password reset doesn’t work and I haven’t been paid. So the app doesn’t do a single thing as advertised. I was trying to give 0 stars but I am forced to give 1.
What a joke!
I had a payment sent to me 10 days ago and still haven’t received it. I can’t get anyone to reply to my emails and I have searched for an hour for a customer service number to call! Don’t use this app, it’s a joke!

This app has a lot of work to do
Thought this app had a lot of promise in the beginning the setup was easy and simple. However when I went to send money to a friend, I soon realized their major flaw. Bravo charges you a fee for any transaction sent! The percentages of the fees are completely whack.
They will never be able to complete with the like of cash app and venmo if they continue charging fees.

Amazing App
I LOVE this app! I don’t have to worry about my account getting hacked into or anything. It’s simple to use and relieves me of the stress of carrying cash (which I totally hate having on me).

Ditch Cash App
Cash app took $300 from my account and never gave it back in spite of tweets and calls to the customer service so I was super excited when I was introduced to Bravo. Literally the best cash trading app out there!!
